The primary full-screen workspace accessed by receptionists, doctors, and specialists. Includes multi-chair calendars, interactive FDI charts, and split billing ledgers.
2. WhatsApp Flow Console
The automated messaging node that links Meta Business API with patient chat sessions. Manages intake forms, booking confirmations, invoices, and feedback loops.
3. Platform Control Plane
Our secure back-end administrator surface. Governs tenant isolation, SSL layers, role permissions verification, system logs, and daily backups.

Most practice software is designed for Western clinical flows featuring complex insurance claims. We built DentalMate specifically for the realities of Indian clinics. That means GST-ready billing, official WhatsApp Business notifications instead of obsolete email reminders, and flat, affordable Rupee pricing with zero hidden commissions.
