We handle server infrastructure, secure daily backups, idle session security, template compliance, and Meta registration on one clear plan at ₹1,200 / month (or ₹12,000 / year), exclusive of tax, including 700 WhatsApp messages / month. You focus solely on treating your patients.
When DentalMate may not fit your clinic
We aim for complete honesty rather than making empty sales pitches. DentalMate might NOT be a good fit for your practice if:
- You require offline on-premise servers: DentalMate is a modern cloud-hosted web application. It requires an active internet connection on your computer, tablet, or phone.
- You need native mobile apps: Our platform is responsive and works beautifully on any mobile browser, but we do not distribute native Android/iOS app binaries.
- You require a patient portal app: We deliberately do not build complex patient logins. Instead, patient interactions (booking, invoices, forms) happen seamlessly inside WhatsApp.
- You want customized local servers: DentalMate is a shared multitenant cloud software. We cannot customize the source code or hosting layers for individual clinics.
